Improvement of Crunchbase's homepage UI & developing an onboarding process for new users via user and expert-testing by means of several methods. Applying user research to identify pain points and design opportunities improved Crunchbase's platform use and navigation. Affinity maps, user personas, and wireframes were created to analyze data & results. The final design solution resulted in a more efficient and navigable homepage with overall user preference.
